We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The job booked on the day the Terms and Conditions were applied will stay the same as before if there was a change in the Terms and Conditions

 

Your continued use of the service after such modifications will constitute your acceptance of the modified

Terms and Conditions.

 

We recommend that you review these Terms and Conditions regularly.

 

Failure to comply with the Terms and Conditions may result in the termination of your access to the service.

 

Our Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services.

 

Our services are provided on an “as is” basis without any warranties or guarantees.

 

We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting before our entry or exit in the house, for this reason we may take pictures on some details wich can protect us against falce blamings.

 

We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer for any unreasonable reason.

1. Customers are responsible for providing access to the premises to be cleaned.
2. Customers must inform of any changes to their requirements in advance.
3. We are not perform any tasks outside of the agreed services.
4. Payment is due on completion of the cleaning services.

Cancellation of services must be made 12 hours in advance or customers will be charged for 1 hour.

 

The customer should pay for total working time regardless if the job is full completed.

Customers are responsible for providing all necessary supplies if they refuse us to to bring our own.
 

Our services are provided in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. 

 

We are not responsible for any damage caused by customer's pets/animals. Pets must not approach the room where the work is being done

 

All customers not paid within 15 days of the invoice date will be charged  5% of the unpaid balance. Additionally every 30 days after the 15 day time frame will be charged extra 5%

If the job is not paid within 30 days we have the right to use detb collector services
